Neal Agee’s principal focus is complex civil litigation, which includes wrongful death and personal injury. With 42 years of experience, Mr. Agee has the knowledge to understand the most complex medical and legal issues that most lawyers do not have the experience to understand. Mr. Agee has the experience to question the medical experts and confront the insurance companies’ lawyers.

Mr. Agee has recovered millions of dollars for compensation for injuries and wrongful death. He has won cases against some of Tennessee’s best insurance defense law firms. In his 42 years of legal experience he has successfully represented clients in Wilson, Davidson, Rutherford, Sumner, Dickson, Robertson, Trousdale, Smith, Jackson, Williamson, Bedford, DeKalb, Cannon, Cheatham, Clay, Cumberland and Macon Counties in Tennessee as well as Federal District Court in Middle and East Tennessee. His cases are reported in the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the Tennessee Supreme Court. He has tried jury trials in civil and criminal cases in both State and Federal courts.

Mr. Agee has been the lead attorney in multiple million dollar business lawsuits and difficult probate litigation. Mr. Agee is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association. He is a past president of the 15th Judicial District Bar Association and a past member of the Board of Governors of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice in State and Federal Court. He is a graduate of Castle Heights Military Academy and graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors from Samford University in 1978. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee in 1981 and was honored to be elected as a member of the Tennessee Law Review.

Mr. Agee is married to Norma Agee, his wife of 42 years. They have two (2) grown daughters; the oldest is a Veterinarian and the youngest is a Nurse. Mr. Agee is an avid horseman and owns Hurricane Creek Ranch.
