The Agee firm is the oldest law firm in Lebanon, Tennessee. The firm began when Neal Agee Sr. started his law practice in Lebanon in 1947. Neal Agee Jr. joined his father in the law practice in 1981, more than 36 years ago.

Jonathan Tinsley began working for Agee & Agee in 2009 while attending law school. Mr. Tinsley worked for another law firm for several years after graduating law school but ultimately joined Mr. Agee in the practice of law in August of 2017 to form Agee & Tinsley.

Our law firm could not operate without two other individuals who are extremely instrumental in the firm’s operation, Brittany McGlothlin and Norma Agee. Brittany McGlothlin has remained the law firm’s trusted paralegal, legal assistant, and office manager since 2007. Norma Agee is the law firm’s bookkeeper.
